The selection process worked like this: 1- Zoom video call 2- Record a 2 minute video - talk about yourself and why you believe you're a fit for that position 2- 80 multiple choice questions about Ruby and CS concepts 3- Algorithm challenge 4- You have to write a few paragraphs about situations that you lived in the work environment and technical questions My opinion: Even though I didn't pass in the selection process, I received a cold email letting me know that I wasn't approved, and I could apply again in 3 months. I spent several hours in the exam because it's quite long and I believe they should've given me great feedback. I mean what I should improve. What parts of the test I did well and what type of questions I should focus before taking the exam again. That's why I am not going to take the exam again, because I didn't have feedback and I think that's not respectful. I liked the challenge. It was one of the best that I've ever taken in my life, although I think they should improve the final experience a little bit.

The types of questions that were asked are exam like questions. Interviewer did not asked anything about past experiences and just asked questions about technical terminologies. Should have been better if they did not asked questions like they are teachers and also focused on candidate's experiences
