The usual large corporation selection process topology ( a lengthy one! ) :
1. phone interview - about 20 minutes long
2. technical interview - about 1 hour long
3. HR and tech interview - also about 1 hour long

Entrevista
They focused on the technical background, but they do not expect for you to know everything. HR support was adequate. They paid for airplane ticket for final interview and paid for re-location. HR was always clear and they suggested other departments which could be more related to your experience / interests. Communication was clear and salary is open for negotiation. I would definitively recommend applying to this company.
