About a month after applying online, I got a call for a phone interview. Following the phone interview I was invited for an on-site interview. The on-site interview included many behavior-based questions and a tour of the plant. At the end of the interview, I was told they would follow up in 2 weeks. It has been almost 2 months and I have not heard anything. I've even tried to reach out myself via phone and email and have not gotten a response. At this point I assume that means I will not be getting an offer.

3 phase interview process:
-The 1st phase is the aptitudes and personality test
-The 2nd phase is a pitch presentation and group interview where you showcase your teamwork skills by solving problems with other candidates
-3rd phase is a 1 hour interview

Exámen lógico secuencial e inductivo en línea, tiempo limitado, preguntas de prueba y respuestas de opción multiplique. Análisis de gráficas de diferentes tipos sobre finanzas y proyecciones de crecimiento. Preguntas psicométricas sobre actitud, toma de decisiones y valoración de la seguridad
Assez structuré et classique : manager métier d'abord ensuite toute autre personne lié à votre rôle puis la RH. Vous devez passer un test psychologique et un test de logique sous forme de quizz avec calculs élémentaires et capacité à jouer avec les formes géométriques.
