Apply online before being asked to complete a competency based questions, then was emailed about a week later asking to participate in an Skype interview. Waiting to hear if I will be invited to the face to fact interview then the assessment centre

interview process - online, asked about who I was, why colliers, and then why real estate with some technical knowledge like views on certain markets and the economy.

Entrevista
Had a telephone interview with a recruiter from an external company, it lasted about 20 minutes. The fact it was not done by someone in-house was not very impressive as their knowledge on the industry was minimal which then made it harder to get certain points across.
