Entrevista
First they call you and ask couple of formal questions and gets your availability. Than they conduct a written IQ Test followed by an in person interview. They explain how the company operates and than followed by the salary negotiation. once you agree to their terms and salary that they offer, they will release the offer letter.
So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.

It was average interview. They explain very nicely all the procedure of technical recruiter . What is the of technical recruiter etc. It was easy interview . After I interview they told me about manager interview.

First of all they asked about my self . Then Definition of technical recruiter
