lengthy process. HR not very fast, probably because of the size of the organisation.
Applied online in June, got interview in august, offered role in sep, started in oct.
Standard competency questions during interview, 1 hour long
Very insightful, interviewers were very straightforward and had great questions that got you to think and analyze your skills. Was also asked behavioral questions that required you to put yourself in given situation.
4 step interview - interviewed with different levels of management after HR initial screening process: Vice Presidents, Sr VP and Directors. Answered routine background questions and was asked about interests and accomplishments.
Pretty straight forward. Like any other interview you get asked the basic questions "strengths, weaknesses, see yourself in 5 years". There was 3 interviewers. Interviews were conducted in a very professional matter.
