Recruiter screening, phone interview, panel interview with team of 4 members. The process took around three weeks from start to finish and was pretty straight forward. Received offer a week after final interview.

Describe a challenge from previous job and how I overcame it
Submission through official website. First round was telephonic interview with HR to know the background. Then, first round with reporting manager that involved technical, behavioural and CV based questions. Second round with the Head of the team that also involved technical and behavioural questions. After a week got a verbal confirmation about the job offer. After a month got the job offer letter.

fairly relaxed, mixed competency based and getting to know. did not last very long 30-40 min. opportunity to ask questions as well.
