Structured. It consist of 3 rounds in total. HR will host the interview. First round of Case Study, then Technical with the team leads of the team. After that, will be Q&A session. Lastly with the head of the department.
In my case, it is approximately four months long process with three stages of interview (HR Interview, Super Day, Final Round Interview). Overall, it is a fun and rewarding experience.
I had a behavioral with a current analyst, then a Superday with 3 members of the division. During the Superday, I was also assigned a case study to be conducted and presented live to the Superday interviewers.
