Entrevista
Applied online and received a call within 1 day to schedule an in-person interview. Completed two 45 minutes interviews on-site and a full tour of the facility. Hours after first interview I received a call to schedule the second round of interviews. I completed the third and fourth 45 minute interviews and was told everyone would be contacted via phone regardless of whether or not they were being offered the position. I was never contacted by Cintas again and had to call multiple times only to learn that someone else had already started in the position.

Entrevista
Did a total of 4 interviews. I submitted an application online, I was contacted a week later for a phone interview. A few days after the phone interview I was asked to come in and meet the HR Manager, about two weeks after that interview I met with the GM. Two weeks after that I was contacted to meet the Regional HR Director and one week later I received a call that someone else was selected.
Not excited that I went through the whole process and wasn’t selected, I mean who would be, but my experience overall was pretty amazing. I met a great group of people who made the process as comfortable as possible for me. About 93% of the questions were behavioral based and specific to this position. Nothing too difficult.
I trust that the right candidate was selected, though I highly suspect that an internal was chosen. Cintas is a great company and from what I’ve heard, it’s hard to get in because they promote from within. Pros/Cons to that but that’s just the nature of the game. Hope this post is helpful!

Entrevista
I applied online and received an email shortly after from the HR manager to schedule an interview . I then met with the HR manager, the interview seemed to have went well, she gave me a tour; and told me the next steps and that I will need to meet with the a few more ppl. She gave off great energy and it seemed to like me for the position. The following Monday I received an email requesting that I come back in for a second interview with the office manager and the person I will replacing. I met with both of ladies to answer more behavioural and situational questions. I honestly feel the person I will be replacing did not like me, her energy was off. The office manager told me the next steps will be bringing me back to meet with the GM. After the last interview I sent the HR manager an email, advise her that I just completed my interview and look forward to hearing from her with the next steps. She never responded, and 3days later I got a generated email saying they went with someone else. Wow I didn’t even get to meet with the GM was I that bad
