Did a total of 4 interviews. I submitted an application online, I was contacted a week later for a phone interview. A few days after the phone interview I was asked to come in and meet the HR Manager, about two weeks after that interview I met with the GM. Two weeks after that I was contacted to meet the Regional HR Director and one week later I received a call that someone else was selected.
Not excited that I went through the whole process and wasn’t selected, I mean who would be, but my experience overall was pretty amazing. I met a great group of people who made the process as comfortable as possible for me. About 93% of the questions were behavioral based and specific to this position. Nothing too difficult.
I trust that the right candidate was selected, though I highly suspect that an internal was chosen. Cintas is a great company and from what I’ve heard, it’s hard to get in because they promote from within. Pros/Cons to that but that’s just the nature of the game. Hope this post is helpful!
