Primarily focuses on past experience of being able to refer investment, lending, and business deals. Also interested in ability to bring in new assets by "warm" calling leads. They also would like to see one's ability to work in a team since most specialists will hone in on their expertise.

Mostly personality based question to ensure you’re a good fit. Some positional based questions but primarily you will be questioned based on if you can vibe with the manger and their superior.

I had one interview with the branch manager and it took about 30 minutes and it was a two week process for them to get back and also heard from the recruiter about the job offer.

Entrevista
Very professional yet warm and welcoming interaction with interviewer. Company culture appeared to be very much a cohesive team effort on all levels. Overall I was comfortable and pleased with the whole process.
