Talked about college experience and financial sales history. Asked about skills that might be useful and what my ideal career path would look like. Also talked about retail experience outside of finance and explained what the role would entail.

They ask mostly behavioral questions throughout the interview and really try to get to know you as a person. Interview process wasn’t difficult, but there were 3 rounds - first, meeting with the hiring recruiter, then area manager, and lastly the branch manager who I would have worked with.
