Typical interview process. They want to know your background with customer service and cash handling. Questions are asked about how to handle difficult situations. There are typically 3 interviews; one over the phone, one with the bank manager and on e with the district manager. The district manager tries to be intimidating.

The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
