Entrevista
I first did an online hirevue interview, which was simple. The questions were, tell me about yourself professionally, what are you strengths, tell me about a time you dealt with an irrate customer, why would you like to work for chase and are you fluent in any other languages. After the computer interview that next day I was called by the branch manager to set up an one on one interview. The questions were behavioral. Like what did you do at your recent job, what does customer service sound look and feel like, tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer. I talked to the asst. branch manager for 30mins and then she said she will have the branch manager come in and talk to me so I talked to her for 20mins. She just wanted to get to know me more. After i talked to both the ladies they gave me business cards.

Are your weaknesses, tell me about a time you bent a policy, why would you like to work at chase, what were your outages like
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

It’s basically the STAR method questions. Questions based on customer service and sales
not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
