Process is cumbersome as to the multiple layers of contacts that starts with an internal recruiter, then if passing that person a need to provide 'sample' writing/analysis that if acceptable an interview with current lenders on the phone where if that is passed an on site manager with a Team Leader and an Operations Manager that if passed onto a phone call with the Senior Operations Manager before any offer may be made.

Walk me through a statement of cash flows as to what are uses of cash, sources of cash with the impact a growth of receivables would have on recurring cash flow when accounts payable were reducing the same period evaluated.
In a judgmental lending environment what is most important? Timing of the review as to monthly production requirements; Quality of the review no matter what the monthly production requirements; A review that is timely but only partially vetted; or A review that is complete to the guidelines and prepared consistent with the perceived risks that is completed within monthly production timelines; Based on these options, which one and why?
