Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Chase (Houston, TX) en oct 2014
Entrevista
The interview process was very simple. In the Houston location you meet at their call center location (very nice large place with a "quiet room" and indoor treadmills for relieving stress). You interview with 3 people individually. 2 of which are managers I believe (1 could be HR related) and another with sort of step under the managers that still handles rep responsibilities.
The questions are very basic, but require specific detailed situations. Such questions are:
Name a time you were given a difficult task and how was it handled.
Name a time a customer was unhappy with the result and how did you handle it.
Name a time you saw a co-worker violate a specific rule and what did you do in that situation
Was there ever a time you had to disobey the rules and what were the results
Overall the process can take about 45-60 minutes.

One interview. One question asked nothing nerve ranking for the interview. I was nervous at first but after all the interview preps and I relaxed. They help with getting you ready for the interview process that calms your mind a lot.
Good. Very straight forward. No surprises This is really stupid. Not sure why I need to put 30 words down. I just want to use the site and this is really stupid
It was a simple interview and asked questions about how I handle angry customer and interactions. The only other questions they really focused on was regarding adhering to a schedule and timeliness.
