Entrevista
I was able to get an interview approximately two weeks after submitting my resume. The initial interview with the branch manager went well and lasted about an hour and fifteen minutes. I had a second interview with JP Morgan financial advisor and a manager from a Private Client branch. Slightly tougher questions from these two; the interview was approximately an hour long. Interaction with the two managers and financial advisor was straight forward and very professional. You could tell straight away they were ALL industry experts.

Questions surrounded topics like customer service, work schedule, relationship building, managing a book of business, net acquisitions and working with a team of other finance and banking professionals. I was asked about my familiarity with Chase Private Client and how I saw myself working in that role to assist high net worth customers.
Mostly personality based question to ensure you’re a good fit. Some positional based questions but primarily you will be questioned based on if you can vibe with the manger and their superior.

I had one interview with the branch manager and it took about 30 minutes and it was a two week process for them to get back and also heard from the recruiter about the job offer.

Entrevista
Very professional yet warm and welcoming interaction with interviewer. Company culture appeared to be very much a cohesive team effort on all levels. Overall I was comfortable and pleased with the whole process.
