Be very careful interviewing here, I completed 3 rounds and I was offered the job, feedback was positive from everyone. They then came back and said as my team lead was off sick I had to have a 30 min chat with him, they said it won’t be a interview as you have done that. When I took the call there were two on the interview and all they asked was questions, really odd ones too unrelated to the job. I could sense something wasn’t right and today the agency called to say he has overruled everyone and declined me the position. They have a funny way of working probably best to keep out, really unprofessional and unorganised company. Hopefully they fail as banks will be gone soon I really hope so!
