Entrevista
I met with 3 branch managers and the district manager. They asked formal canned answers from their interview guide. A typical STAR question. After that interview I was called for another interview with another branch manager that could not make it.

Regular situational based questions. Describe a time when you had to much to do, but didnt have enough time to do it.
Pretty easy interview. Just prepare to answer your sales experience, preferably in branch banking. Also be good at charming and making a connection with the interviewers since it is a sales job.

Entrevista
Three interviews: phone, in person with branch manager, final phone call with regional manager/market director. Questions mostly behavioral and related to experience as a teller, and whether I was comfortable with warm calling.

What were you most proud of in your professional and or personal life?
The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks
