I applied online and was sent an email to do an online interview. there were about 8 questions and if you do the practice its pretty easy to figure out. I got a call two days later from the manager asking to come in for an interview. they asked questions about sales and banking. How precise you were and why you wanted to work at chase. overall pretty easygoing. I was then called 2 hours later with an offer.
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

It’s basically the STAR method questions. Questions based on customer service and sales
not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
