Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en Chase (Chicago, IL) en jun 2012
Entrevista
4 meetings. I was a referral. Initial two were with HR recruiters who were very positive. The last two were with managers who were rather gruff and obviously had an agenda over getting to know my qualifications. The hiring process is very structured and is almost a check off the box on a worksheet process.
Preguntas de entrevista [1]
Pregunta 1
"Why do you want to be an advisor?"
"Tell me what you did in your last job?"
"what is your greatest weakness" (lame)
"Do you want to be in sales or do you want to be an alalyst?"
"Tell me about your presentation skills"
"How would you go about making a commission quota?"
"Have you passed all your series exams?"
Easy, quick and not too difficult. Wouldn’t mind going through it again as that’s how easy and smooth the process was. Tried other firms too and the process can be a bit strung out
Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Chase (Dallas, TX) en abr 2016
