First stage is a five minute phone interview asking the standard questions, "Why do you want to work with us?" etc.
And then your typical in person interview which was highly focused on the STAR method

This was a simple 10 minute phone call followed by a 30 minute in person interview. That just covered the basic of customer service and your work experience, they are looking for responses that use the STAR system

A large number of behavioral interview questions, it was online and last about 15 minutes. The entire process was completed via a phone call. But I don't really know what they want to know; they just keep asking about my most memorable experiences.
