First stage is a five minute phone interview asking the standard questions, "Why do you want to work with us?" etc.
And then your typical in person interview which was highly focused on the STAR method

This was a simple 10 minute phone call followed by a 30 minute in person interview. That just covered the basic of customer service and your work experience, they are looking for responses that use the STAR system

Applied via the CeX website, got a phone call a couple weeks later inviting me to an interview. Attended the store and was met by the manager who brought me to the interview room. Manager had a good vibe and the other staff seemed happy to be there.
