My Interview was scheduled for MS SQL DBA. first round was a telephonic interview. I got a call exact 2PM as decided. the interviewer was sound very unprofessional. his communication was not fluent. he started asking question which was simple and i promptly answered those questions. for some questions he wanted exact name of the PROCS. in SQL there are multiple ways to get result of the process. whereas he wanted the ans which he knows. post interview i came to know that he was asking the questions by referring one interview question site. and the answers given by me were right however, the he was looking for the same ans given on that site even words too. it was unexpected that the person who doesn't have an idea about technology taking interview referring external sources. and can not be distinguished whether ans is correct or wrong.
