I applied through referral but other than that also there are various coding test platform where you can apply. There were two interviews where they understand your position and ask questions according to that level only.
Interview consisted of 3 rounds (2 technical and 1 hr). The technical questions were related to DSA, DBMS and projects. Some questions were Dutch national flag algorithm, two pointers, remove Kth element from end in a linked list, build sql table for a educational platform, valid anagrams, etc.

I really loved how quick they were with responding with me. Know your resume in and out and make sure to explain "Why Cargill?". Two Skype Video interviews. First interview was more behavioral. Second went in depth about the resume and the technical aspects of it.
