I received information about Cargill before attending a conference and was interested in the emphasis that the company puts on volunteering. At the conference, I spoke with a recruiter at a job fair and received an on-site interview. Following the interview, I realized that Cargill was not the right company for me, so I told them that I was not interested.

the interview was 30 minutes long and consisted of 4 behavior based questions. you could ask for time to think, pass questions to go back to later, and ask them anything. "name a time when..."
