The interview process was very enjoyable. The interviewer was nice and easy to have a discussion with about my qualifications and the jobs requirements. The interview process was more of a get to know the candidate type of interview. It was laid back for the most part and seemed like just another conversation but I had to remember that this was an interview.

the interview was ok had to make up stories from previous experiences that might have happened to me or not. They kept asking questions and advise to anyone use the star method they love it.

Over the phone (out of state and Covid restrictions). Team interview with Plant manager, Production manager and Shift superintendent. Plant manager did most of the talking, production manager and superintendent had a couple questions each.

Panel interview. Behavioral questions that needs to be answered based on a specific time and/or experience. Had a plant tour afterwards. Lasted about 2 hours total. Did not get a call back; I had to email the recruiter.
