Good process and friendly communication with RRHH department. They explain the entire process and they give you feedback all the time. No cons on this point and for me it was the most easy going process

Entrevista
It had 3 rounds- 2 technical and 1 HR. The technical rounds were taken by one technical person and one managerial person. They asked about my projects, DSA questions and CS fundamentals. The HR round was mostly behavioral questions.

Basic intro then two dsa qns then qn on system design
I applied for the Senior Software Engineer role. The interview consisted of 3 stages. The first was an online assessment. In the next stages, it was a loose conversation about the technologies that I use and that the company uses in their projects. I would consider it easy and I did give my best talking about some examples of projects I worked with. We touched upon React.js, Cloud computing, DevOps, and testing frameworks. The interviewers were relaxed and interested in finding out my background. Nevertheless, I didn't get hired. I assume that someone else was more experienced and descriptive during the interview.
