Entrevista
Very relaxed and laid back. I interviewed with three men and they asked a lot of good questions, including STAR structured questions—only a few of those. I was able to ask them questions about the company and the position and they gave very detailed descriptions. Overall it was the best interview I have ever participated in, not stressful at all.

Met the recruiters at a university career fair, asked that evening to attend an in person interview the following day. The interview was about 45 minutes, where they asked common behavioral questions about conflict resolution, working through roadblocks, weaknesses. Questions often seen for internship roles.

there was one interview, i got a reply back in a week. Behavioral questions, nothing too difficult, wanted to hear how you reacted to certain situations. Quick process, relatively easy.

Entrevista
Normal 30 min interview with two interviewers. Asked all behavioral questions and answered several of my questions at the end. We also talked about my interests and why I want to work at Cargill.
