The phone interview included questions like " describe a time where you had to complete a task as a team and your role in it" and lots of competency questions related to logistics and problem solving. The process was approximately 30 minutes and very formal. I was told I would hear back in two weeks at the latest. After three weeks I had to call and email back multiple times to hear another candidate was hired.
