A superday at the trading desk. You interview 5-8 employees for 30 min each. There is a mix of explaining what they do, and technical questions. They are simple for those experienced with finance (such as what is a future, what is a forward. When would you execute a put vs call). Some interviewers are more casual whereas some are more technical. Not a lot of pressure but it all depends on your interviewer.
