Started out with a phone interview by the recruiter. After I had "passed" that interview, I was invited to Wichita a week later to interview in person. I was not told this beforehand, but the next interview was actually a series of interviews conducted by key managers and associates. All interviews at Cargill are done by 5-7 other people, who then discuss the interviews and candidates for selection. I went through 6 interviews, then was taken out to lunch by another person (who said ti was not an interview, but know that you are ALWAYS under observation). After passing those interviews, I went home and waited for about 3 weeks before I heard anything more. The last interview was done by another person in HR as just a final check for suitability/compliance/red-flag answers. I received an offer a week later.
