Applied through Tek System's recruiter. Immediate interview for about 2 and 1/2 hours with HR, Project Manager, Technical director and developers. Questions were pretty much straight forward. After a week, I got the feedback that they were looking for more lead experience. I have 3 years of lead experience before applying over here.
