there was an online video interview first. Then I interviewed with my old manager. It was pretty easy, you just have to be yourself. They like people who go above and beyond to satisfy customers. They don't want anyone who is just average, they prefer above average. A bright and spunky personality is a plus.

I feel like the questions were very simple. It was a role that didn’t require much skill or background. I didn’t like the recruiter. She was very short, and just was not a good experience.
Process was easy and straightforward, questions regarding why you like the company, how you see yourself growing there. This manager was very interested in aspirations and where you see yourself in the future.
