The interviewers were incredibly friendly and made the entire experience a very positive experience. The interview lasted an hour and was split between two cases with two different interviewers.

There weren't any unexpected questions. I knew going in I would be given two cases. There were no behavioral/fit questions.
Case interview with business strategy and accounting concepts. Not too difficult but information is presented in a way that can make it challenging. Definitely practice using different case studies beforehand as first round interview and both second round interviews were the same style.

Super straightforward process. First round w/ 1 interview (likely a case), followed by a Super/Power Day with 3-4 interviews (likely a couple of cases and a behavioral interview). Recruiters/Capital One team members clearly state expectations and are very responsive throughout.

First round mini case with a senior associate. Power day consists of four rounds of back to back interviews: two mini cases similar to the first round, one written case, and one behavioral interview.
