I applied online, then a recruiter called me and asked me a few questions over the phone, they told me what it paid, I accepted and then I went thru onboarding process and online training, then to store to work. A trainer met me there the first day to show me the ropes.

Easy and conversational. They wanted to know why I would like to work there and my customer and about what experience in customer service I had previously. The interviewer was very friendly. I had one brief phone interview and then an in person interview with my future manager.

Zoom interview on the computer for about 10 minutes, and than there was a follow up interview by phone. The process was simple and they interviewers were great as well.
I met the manager at the store and talked to them. We just talked about previous work experience and basically what I sent in my portfolio. It was not too hard
