The Interview was a get know you session with the Human Resources and IT Managers. Both Managers were very friendly and did their best to ensure the environment seem that of colleagues meeting to discuss matters than an intense interview session. Within minutes we were talking and laughing like old friends. The IT manager had a few troubleshooting scenarios that he laid out, while the HR Manager gave me an idea of what life was like at Cemex. This was definitely one of the better interviews I had ever been on. The company culture is by far the best I have yet to experience.
