I was able to get hired rather easily because my older brother was the manager there. I came in and filled out an application. A couple days later they told me to come in for an interview. I sat there with one of the managers and she just asked personal questions. She pretty much told me I would get the job as soon as we sat down.

Do you like eating our food, because you're going to be eating a lot of it?
Il colloquio: Rapido (10-15 min) e pragmatico. Zero fronzoli, focus totale su disponibilità oraria e resistenza allo stress.
Pro: Iter veloce, ideale per iniziare, chiarezza su turni e paga.
Contro: Richiesta flessibilità estrema (weekend/notti), ambiente caotico e ritmi serrati.
Verdetto: Cercano braccia e affidabilità. Se sei flessibile e cerchi un impiego immediato, va bene così.
Manager socievoli e disponibili, pronti a far comprendere le necessità della serietà al lavoro e degli standard.
Richiesta di essere a disposizione soprattutto nel weekend quando il locale è più affollato e chiarimenti su vari altri impegni lavorativi per concedere giusti turni.

Entrevista
Interview was very fast, called back quickly and just asked me basic questions. Similar to any other fast food job. They also hired me very fast afterwards, which is either good or bad depending on how you see it.
