Contacted by a recruiter. After expressing interest, I had a short technical phone screen, followed by an onsite interview with several different engineers plus the recruiter. After they'd said they wanted to ask me an offer, I had a followup interview with one of the tech leads, where I could ask questions about the company and the kind of projects they're working on. Everyone seemed friendly, and the environment seemed fun if a bit hectic and chaotic. They're clearly growing fast.

First interview was algorithms in my case using priority queue (in this part I was allowed to use internet). Next part was divided into 4 interviews: behavioral, with hiring manager, design (design elevator system) and live coding algorithm. It's nice that they provide feedback from the interview. In the end I didn't get an offer because according to them I lacked experience, even though according to feedback all my interviews went well. I feel they wasted my time because I didnt apply for this position, they contacted me on linked in.
