Bad - I was supposed to have an initial interview with the recruiter and had prepared accordingly. About 30 minutes before the interview, she emails saying the role is on hold and that she'll reach out at a later date. From there, I was completely ghosted. Really disappointing as I put a lot of effort into the preparation, and it would be a cool company to work for.
