The interview felt just right in terms of difficulty, with plenty of technical questions related to the specific topic and role. However, I sensed a slight disapproval regarding my previous experience, as it didn't perfectly align with the all the job responsibilities. I got an automated rejection email after 3 days without any feedback. Upon reaching out to the recruiter for further insights, I was assured that I would be contacted in the following days. Regrettably, despite my patience and understanding, it has been a month since, and there has been no follow-up communication.
This lack of post-interview engagement is concerning, particularly in light of the fact that the company had rescheduled the interview twice at the last moment due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite my accommodation of these changes, I had anticipated a more transparent and respectful approach to candidate feedback and communication!
