I applied online and invited to phone call interview where she send an agenda what to talk during the interview including "Current Situation, Motivation for exploring other opportunities , Location / Relocation if applicable, culture, What we can offer you!" All she was asking about for me to dive deep in the system design of mlops and expect me to do everything myself. During the interview, she didn't share her video and I was sure she was eating something :) The agenda she gave me and questions she asked me totally a mismatch. I would rather go for a company who would evaluate my skills with the right people and guide me correctly.
