The interview process was extremely smooth & I highly appreciate how streamlined the entire process has been. First, the recruiter will arrange a zoom call & discuss your role & experience & analyze how best you're a best fit for the position. The recruiter clearly articulates the entire interview process in steps & also shares some tips on what to prepare for each round. She also helped me with details around the salary range I can expect, relocation benefits, key responsibilities for the role & other required details. My first interview round was with the hiring manager. Here, they're looking for why you'd want to join Booking, your relevant experience & your career so far. This is a great opportunity to ask questions about the role & responsibilities. If you clear this round, you'd proceed to your 2 craft interviews conducted by 2 current product professionals at Booking. In your first craft interview, you'd be asked questions about success metrics, product market fit, go-to-market strategy, customer focus, etc. They'd want to understand your overall approach to Product Management. The 2nd craft interview is similar to the prior round , conducted by 2 current product professionals. Here, the focus will be on roadmap, managing dependencies, prioritization, PI & sprint planning, tech debt, managing SLA's, etc. Try giving more examples from your experience. Ensure to have clear communication throughout the interview process., ask clarifying questions wherever required. This helped me give better answers, focussing on what the interviewer is looking for. The recruiter shall schedule a session with you to provide feedback on the 2 craft interviews. The feedback is very genuine & detailed enough. If you're through, you'd move to the last round 'FIT Interview'. FIT interview is with the hiring manager & the dev manager of the team you'd work with. Here, the focus is primarily on Booking values where you'd want to demonstrate examples of ownership, customer-centric approach, managing stakeholders, learning from mistakes & your approach to handling difficult situations. This takes you to the end of the interview process & closer to getting an offer. I had the most amazing experience interviewing at Booking. It was all so efficiently managed & coordinated & the entire process took ~2 months for me.
