Lengthy, chaotic, frustrating process: overall a waste of time. I got contacted by the recruiter for the position and accepted to go through it as i was promised this would have been done in a month. I went all the way down till the 6th and last interview, waited 3x weeks for feedback to then receive a phone call that they went for another candidate. A few things I really did not like: - case study is reviewed by some random peers (and not by managers) - hiring manager met only at last interview (should he / she not be the first person to chat to?) - waiting, waiting, waiting.. I am fine with their decision, but the time / energy put in this process is really not worthy, for Booking nor any other company.
