Received an email from a recruitment coordinator, she scheduled a phone interview with me and called me on time. She asked several questions and less than a week later I got sent a generic email saying that there are better fitting candidates than me. There was no explanation what went wrong even though the first phone screening was really quite generic (tell me about yourself etc.) and I don't know where I could have answered wrong.

Good interviews, interviewers were pleasant. They seemed to enjoyed the interview as much as I did, and the questions were good and on point. in the end I left with a good impression

I received an email to choose from different dates for a phone interview. They never called and did not answer my query about if I should arrange a new appointment. One month after this situation, the same person who originally sent me the interview dates sends a new email stating a was not selected for the position. Definitely not the kind of place I would like to work at anyways.

Started with a 45 min phone screen, a week later onsite interview, one more week later another onsite interview, a few days after that received an offer. Interviews were not very difficult but thorough with many questions. But if you prepare, have your stories ready, it will go fine.
