first, the recruiter turns to me from Linkedin than we booked a call for 2 days later. she was very nice and very informative about the company culture and the design community. after the call, she sent me a link that opens a code challenge (30 min challenge. 2 days later another recruiter calls me and again we talk about the company culture and some details about the role..than we booked another call with 2 employees from the IT Dept (Designer and PM) this call was about 45 min which included another code challange and prensenting 3 UX improvemtns to booking's website.
