Process started with an initial call with talent acquisition. This was around twenty minutes and talked through my background and relevant experience. The next stage was a 30 minute phone conversation with the department lead. After this a face-to-face interview was arranged. It lasted 2.5 hours and was split in half (two interviewees in each). Throughout this process I was kept updated by email and, when advised I’d be called on a certain day, was.
3 rounds. 1st one was bogus, 2nd one too and 3rd one didn't make any sense, I would not recommend this process to anyone at all. Please don't apply for this job and make the same mistake that I made

Initial 30 minutes screening call, then a 30 minute first interview. After this they sent through a case study to prepare a presentation around, presenting this in the first half of a second interview. The last part of the second interview was with different people and back to questions (3rd interview?), then nothing. No feedback, outcome or anything. After asking people to commit a lot of time in and out of interview, the least a good employer should do is provide constructive feedback from the process.

I had a phone interview with potential new team members then meeting with HR in person and did a case session with team (part of top 3 candidates). The case was to do a retrospective for the team.
