Caveat: Booking.com is open about their hiring process (for technical roles, non-technical roles, and customer service), and shares this process on their website.
1. Applied through their website, and was contacted by HR via mobile phone a few weeks after for a general screening.
2. After the initial screening by HR (about 30 minutes), I was told that I would be scheduled for a phone interview, and that I would be emailed regarding finding a schedule (usually on Tuesdays or Wednesdays).
3. About 3 days after the initial interview, I was emailed asking for a schedule about 2 weeks later (since no one was available the following week).
4. On the agreed time and date, the interviewers called. While I expected more of a business case format for the business phone interview, interviewers asked that I go into great detail about my experience instead.
5. Received (negative) feedback about the phone interview, so I never got to the face-to-face panel interview.

Pregunta 1
The most important question from both interviews was concerning data gathering and interpretation. of the questions during the phone business interview focused on establishing how in-depth my knowledge and experience was about how I would use data gathered from all sorts of online interactions of users and partners/advertisers to interpret if a particular strategy or program was working.
I assume that the interviewers (a commercial owner and product owner) were looking for a more advanced understanding of analytics, as the position is data-driven and every plan and strategy coming from the commercial owner would have to be backed up by the rich data that Booking.com is able to gather.
Interviewers also focused on how I managed relationships with various stakeholders in and outside the company. The interviewers described the role of commercial owner saying he/she would collaborate heavily with product owners (and their teams), other commercial owners, on-site teams, customer service, etc.,

They will make around 3 / 4 interviews and one of the last is with a pratical case.
Process is fast and they will call either you stay or not with the company.
