My interview experience was positive. The team was kind, communication was clear, and the process moved at a good pace.
The only issue was the case study. The assignment was very broad, and the expectations behind it were not explained. I was later told my approach was “too operational,” although the brief did not point in any specific direction.
My suggestion: give candidates clearer guidance on what the case study should focus on. Without that, the result depends too much on who happens to guess the intended angle. A bit more structure would make the process more transparent and help you choose the strongest fit instead of the luckiest interpretation.
