Coensio test is sent. It was one of the most difficult tests I have received so far in my 7 years of career, not only because the questions are very difficult, but also the questions are not good fit for multiple-choice style. It's assessing how good you can see (literally) and how many questions you have solved so far(like the university entrance exam..), not your experience or knowledge in the domain.
I don't know yet if I have passed or not, but I should say that they need to change their style. Still you can use Coensio or a similar platform but it would be nice to see the questions are more relevant to banking/finance and assessing domain knowledge (there are other companies in similar industries doing this)

Most of the questions had quite long code snippets in the multiple choices.
The interview process included an initial screening discussion, followed by one or more interviews focusing on general technical knowledge, problem solving, and past experience. The final stage involved broader discussions around teamwork, communication, and overall fit.
This is a casual conversation with a recruiter. They check your background, your salary expectations, and your basic English skills. They want to see if you are a good match for the company's culture
